FOR TEENS
Individual Work
Though my work with teens incorporates my general philosophy and approach, it is unique in and of itself. I offer to teenagers
insights that normalize how they feel and how they are in the world, while listening deeply to their own unique experiences. This creates a space open for discovering, as well as accepting, who she/he truly is. I do this through offering references to archetypes and elements of nature and through developing a kinship that lets her/him know she/he is understood, okay, accepted, heard, seen and cared for.
Groups and Circles
I offer various groups for teen girls to assist them in building
self-esteem and discovering who they truly are. Allowing girls to be
seen and heard, honoring rites of passage and each girl as her own
unique being. In coming together in Circle or Group each girl can
develop her own sense of who she is in relationships, can overcome
body issues, depression and overall come to learn self love and
acceptance.

Ages 16 and up welcome
Based on the West African Dagara Tradition
$30 - $50 sliding scale before April 18, some work exchange available
for 7th and 8th grade girls (ages 12-14)
March 24th, a 6 week series
Wednesdays 4:30 - 6, at 2074 Galisteo, Suite B4
May 22, Saturday 10am - 5pm

Scholarships based on need are available for all Groups and Circles.
